At NNJ, we are able to customize any piece of jewelry to fit your needs or start completely from scratch! Choose an existing stone, semi-mount, or tell us about your wildest jewelry dreams, and we will make it a reality. We work with you directly to design and execute.

To begin the custom design process, you must reach out to us with your order specifications. If you want to design based on something you saw in our store, then please let us know! We can start from an existing piece or completely from scratch.

Please reach out by using our contact form Let us know the details of your piece including any inspiring existing pieces, stone type, metal type, budget, and general design.

After you reach out, we will be in contact with you to go over the details of your piece. Once we know the details of the mounting, the stone(s), and metal type, we will provide you with a quote for your project.

We request you to make a deposit that will go towards your final piece as we start the next step of the process.

We create a CAD render, a computer-generated model of the piece, that is used to cast the actual metal jewelry.

This will give you an idea of what the piece will look like and must be approved by you in order to move forward with the design.

Once you approve your CAD, we will create a listing for your piece that has all of your specifications written out as well as your final price.

You will have a limited time of 48 hours to purchase the listing in order to secure your piece.

You may pay for your piece via the payment method you wish to use.

Once you have purchased your piece, it will take approximately 6-8 weeks for us to complete it depending on the complexity of the design.

We use standard USPS shipping.
