CAD Rendering Deposit

Let's get started on your custom design! 

By putting in a CAD deposit, we can streamline the design work needed to create your unique piece of jewelry and get it approved by you. This deposit will be applied towards the final price of your custom creation!

***Once you've approved the design and have proceeded to casting, the CAD deposit is non-refundable. If there is no communication from the client regarding the custom design for 45 days, the CAD deposit will be forfeited.

Steps to making a new ring (estimated time per step):

1. Discuss your dream design and possibilities (As long as you like).
2. Verify gem size and get started on a computer rendering (7-10 days)
3. Adjust computer rendering as needed (3-4 days each time)
   • At this stage we can give a fairly accurate gold and diamond/accent weight and price quote.
   • Pls note that the exact price of the final product might vary slightly (quotes may also need to be adjusted after 60 days)
4. Once approved, we make your design (4 weeks from approval)
5. At this stage, you can send us your center stone(s) to be set, we can help you by providing a prepaid shipping label
6. The final step is to set your center stone (1 week)

Payments: 
We typically request a $200 CAD deposit before making the rendering. This keeps both of us committed to the process. ☺  The rest of the payments can come at whatever pace you are comfortable with (paid in full upon approval or smaller increments).  Once the CAD has been approved by client, the CAD deposit is no longer refundable. 

Warranties and Guarantees: 
US based clients:  We make a fabulous product and stand behind it!  It’s rare but with regular wear, gold wears away and diamonds may fall out, if this happens, it’s on us for the first year.  Should something happen after the 1st year, we do our best to fix it for you at a very low cost.  

International Clients: We make your products with equal amounts of love and care but because shipping is so hard from so many countries, unfortunately, we cannot help as much as we would like.  

Returns/Exchanges: 
Once you've approved the design and have proceeded to casting, the piece is non-refundable. If there is no communication from client regarding the custom design for 45 days, the CAD deposit will be forfeited.
